    Responsible Minerals Policy

    • TGS Responsible Minerals
      Sourcing Policy

THE GOODSYSTEM CORP. (TGS) strives to practice ethical and responsible corporate management. As a manufacturer of advanced copper-diamond and copper (arCuDia, SbS-Cu) thermal substrates, TGS recognizes its responsibility to ensure that the minerals used in our products are sourced in a manner that protects human rights, preserves the environment, and maintains supply chain transparency.

    • 1. Commitment to
      responsible procurement

TGS is committed to sourcing raw materials in a way that does not directly or indirectly support armed conflict, violate human rights, or cause serious environmental damage. TGS adheres to the principles of the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals.

    • 2. Applicable minerals

This policy applies to minerals as defined by relevant regulations worldwide.

      3TG (tin, tantalum, tungsten, gold)
      Cobalt, lithium, nickel, mica
Other key minerals used in the defense, aerospace, AI, and semiconductor industries
    • 3. Supplier Requirements

Suppliers must conduct due diligence on the origin and supply chain history of the minerals they supply.
Suppliers must only use smelters and refiners that have passed the Responsible Minerals Initiative's (RMI) Responsible Minerals Assurance Process (RMAP) or an equivalent certification program.
Suppliers are required to provide transparent information through industry standard reporting forms such as CMRT and EMRT.
    • 4. Transparency and
      Compliance

TGS is currently reviewing EMRTs and related due diligence information submitted by suppliers and will continue to improve supply chain accountability based on this information. If risks are identified, we will pursue corrective action with suppliers or, if necessary, terminate business with non-compliant companies. Furthermore, TGS maintains policies that meet the requirements of key clients in the semiconductor, defense, and AI industries.

    • 5. Continuous improvement

TGS will continue to strengthen its due diligence processes, expand collaboration with suppliers, and actively support industry initiatives that promote responsible and conflict-free sourcing of minerals.
